Tammy’s experience includes over sixteen years as an eye surgery center administrator and several years as a consultant to single and multi-specialty surgery centers. She is an accreditation surveyor for AAAHC and a certified professional in healthcare risk manager (CPHRM).  She works with new surgery centers preparing for opening, licensing, certification and accreditation. Tammy provides on-site training at surgery centers, coaching best practices. 

Her experience in managing surgery centers provides exceptional value to clients, understanding their financial and patient experience objectives as well as compliance and patient safety goals. Tammy manages development projects, conducts audits and prepares clients for accreditation and certification, regardless of the accreditation organization selected by the client.
