With over 25 years of experience in ambulatory surgery, Tina DiMarino is a recognized leader in the industry. She began her career as a circulating nurse, later co-founding Custom Surgical Partners in 2003 and serving as President and CEO of Ambulatory Strategies, Inc. Over the years, she has held key leadership roles, including Chief of Operations and now CEO.
She is also an AAAHC Surveyor, ensuring excellence in healthcare standards. Holding advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and MBA, Tina is a certified operating room nurse (CNOR) and certified surgery center administrator (CASC). She also holds the esteemed Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation.
